Art taught me how to see.
Design taught me how to build things worth sharing.
I believe the best work isn’t made for one kind of person—it’s made to be shared across backgrounds, abilities, and borders.
I grew up in Taiwan, starting with painting before moving into visual design. Today, I’m a Senior Product Designer based in London, working at the intersection of inclusive design and complex systems. At Transreport, I’ve led product work across the UK and Japan, shaping accessible journeys for over a million passengers—translating needs across cultures, aligning stakeholders, and building systems that scale across markets.
I specialise in designing complex systems and services—connecting user experience, operational processes, and technology into solutions that scale across markets and contexts.
I’m driven by curiosity about how people perceive, feel, and move through the world. That curiosity shapes how I design—not just for impact, but for belonging.
I've helped shape accessible journeys for 1M+ passengers across the UK and Japan, working at the intersection of inclusive design, international markets, and AI. From London commuters to Japan's national rail network, I turn complex human needs into experiences that work for everyone.
